They were cordial, friendly and patient.2) their business model - instead of trying to be everything to everybody by offering an array of services, Simply Gutters focus on one service and strive to be the best at it.3) their integrity - if they say they will have a quote ready or give you a call back, they will. And it's not because you see their commercials run repeatedly on Sunday mornings.I chose Simply Gutters for 3 reasons:1) their employees - over a period of 2 years I changed my mind probably half a dozen times and each time they would adjust the quote and answer all my questions.
